OZONE ENTERTAINMENT LAUNCHES OZONE RECORDS

PHILADELPHIA, PA – July 23, 2009 – Ozone Entertaiment, Inc. today announced the launch of Ozone Records, an independent record label that will introduce a global audience to new musical talent and further push the company's platform of releasing original content.

"With Ozone Records, we are now not only producing radio programs where people will tune in to hear the host's stories and interaction," said Owen Douglass, owner of Ozone Entertainment and President of Broadcasting for Ozone Radio. "But now, listeners will be able to tune in to hear songs and artists they will not be able to hear elsewhere. Now Ozone Radio will deliver home-grown music and entertaiment streamed to your computer for free."

Ozone Records will be the fourth brand under Ozone Entertainment and both stand as an independent entity in business operations as well as share its content with Ozone Radio for streaming music released on the label. Unlike other, larger labels, artists signed to Ozone Records receive full creative freedom with the content of their releases and release schedules.

"We understand the pressure and restraints [mainstream] labels present musicians," said Douglass. "As an online entity, we are allowing them to be uncensored and comfortably produce excellent music. We aren't going to be down their throats demanding radio-friendly music and an album out for the holiday season. It's much more relaxed and will hopefully deliver a much better end result."

Along with the artists signed to the label having their music streamed on Ozone Radio, their music will also be on sale through the Apple iTunes Store and avaible on the music game Rock Band through the Rock Band Network.

"Today, digital distribution and sales is a growing source for consumers to get what they want quick, easily, and at reasonable cost. We are proud to be working with Apple and Harmonix to share our content with them and give these artists the exposure they deserve. This is the perfect platform for them to become recognized and we hope many unsigned artists join us."

The first band signed with the label is Counterfeit Pennies, a rock group formed in the Philadelphia suburbs who is currently in the studio recording new material which is set to be released through iTunes and the Rock Band Network in Winter 2009.
